Over the past couple of years, we have focused significantly on enhancing our Employee Experience, which has been inclusive of focusing on communication and team building internally. We are sorry to hear your experience was not reflective of the work and culture we work so hard to build and maintain. We continue to actively work with team members on navigating crucial conversations, building meaningful and trusting relationships, and fostering an environment that is constantly growing and evolving in the way we connect with clients, patients, referral partners, and each other. Veterinary medicine can be intense, and we want our caregivers to feel equipped to navigate stressful situations through the support of fellow team members and leadership. The leadership team within Campbell is assessing communications approaches and developing leadership strategies to best promote our core values of teamwork, leadership, and compassion.
