MedVet is an independently owned organization that prioritizes providing exceptional care to our patients and clients, all while striving to provide the healthiest and most uplifting working atmosphere for our caregivers. We continue to enhance our Employee Experience, which is inclusive of cultivating an environment that is positive, flexible, and compassionate. We continue to actively work with team members on navigating crucial conversations, building meaningful and trusting relationships, and fostering an environment that is constantly growing and evolving in the way we connect with clients, patients, referral partners, and each other. At the beginning of 2024, we launched our basic skills curriculum, which equips new team members with the skills and resources needed in order to have a successful and organized onboarding experience. This program is constantly evolving and growing to support an overall seamless MedVet onboarding experience, while each specialty department focuses on new caregiver’s specific skills and needs. Our clinical skills list and training plans are continuing to make great strides in organizing expectations.
