      Pros

      1-Demonstrates commitment to employee nurturing with weekly scheduled meetings between the leader and subordinates. 2- Strongly emphasizes empathy training, a critical skill for veterinary emergencies! 3- Embracing personal relationships with referring veterinarians really sets them apart from other emergency hospitals.

      Cons

      1- Continues to emphasize DEI despite a political climate that seems to target and punish organizations that embrace it. The current administration has been actively targeting any entities that still support it, and as a potential future shareholder, there is concern that this could negatively impact our team. 2- Not having a Veteran organization while other social groups are promoted is concerning. The corporate social responsibility appears to be obsolete or politically charged, contrary to the administration that won the election. Have concerns that such public sentiments may result in loss of business.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
