Pros

great people, WFH, autonomy, learning beyond your scope, flexibility, learning and development opps, competitive pay, overall fun place to work

Cons

shifts in direction/strategy, some work days can be long, esp, for those of us customer facing, departmental silos, WFH is a benefit overall, however, it can get lonely at times and feel more disconnected from the team.

Pros

The leadership team sets a clear vision and communicates it well. You always know how your work ties back to the company’s goals. Smart, collaborative colleagues who genuinely want to help each other succeed. It feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction. Strong culture of innovation. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and celebrated. You never feel stuck doing things “the way they’ve always been done.” Work life balance is respected. Expectations are high, but so is the support. Professional growth is real here. Opportunities to take on more responsibility, lead high-impact projects, and develop new skills come often Leadership truly cares about employees as people, not just as headcount. Recognition is consistent and meaningful.

Cons

Fast paced environment may feel intense at times

Pros

Medadollars as incentive. Rest all is a experience full of horror

Cons

I have worked at four companies, and I've never experienced a workplace this toxic. A true sink or swim culture with almost no knowledge transfer or support. Everyone says, "Thats not my job" and keeps passing responsibilities around instead of helping. The slack cc culture is out of control people come at you over every issue, Publicly calling you out instead of solving problems. Mistakes are met with blame and shaming, creating a constant atmosphere of fear and intimidation. Avoid if you value collaboration, learning or a healthy work environment.
