I have worked at four companies, and I've never experienced a workplace this toxic. A true sink or swim culture with almost no knowledge transfer or support. Everyone says, "Thats not my job" and keeps passing responsibilities around instead of helping. The slack cc culture is out of control people come at you over every issue, Publicly calling you out instead of solving problems.
