* I love the people here. I was pretty skeptical that a fully remote company could facilitate such a strong, welcoming company culture, but my expectations were definitely blown out of the water. I think I spend a lot more time hanging out with my coworkers than I did at non-remote opportunities. * The product and the mission are so inspiring. I think that it's so refreshing to work on a product that has such a tangible impact on people's lives and really empowers medical providers to be able to provide care more widely. * There's a lot of career growth potential and strong mentors on the engineering, product, and design side. It really feels like folks are set up for success.
