Fast moving company with an ambitious product vision. Pragmatic engineering culture focused on shipping and moving the business forward. Despite being an early stage startup, the company has a real business model, revenue, and customers, which keeps the technical work grounded in reality. One of the most diverse engineering teams I have worked with.
Cons
Mostly the usual startup issues -- a fair amount of churn on strategy from quarter to quarter as the business priorities necessarily shift. Still trying to find the optimal customers and market to serve, and the product has to evolve quickly to satisfy these goals. Many challenges stem from balancing the operations and service teams with the technology ones -- steering the business to operate as a software company rather than a managed service company brings some growing pains. Have also had some issues with exec-level hiring and retention.
