Pros

- The company has an outstanding growth trajectory; I am confident my equity will be worth a lot - Really kind & smart engineering team - Complicated product, which makes it fun to work on - Leadership team is really bought into the mission, and the team is small enough that leadership is pretty hands-on - Fully remote and wildly productive

Cons

- Healthcare is complicated! The product learning curve is steep - Lots of growing pains as a startup, which I love, but if that isn't your thing, then you will not have a good time here

Meaningful mission in a space that actually matters. Strong cross-functional team with smart, collaborative people. Real ownership and autonomy across the board. Fast-moving environment where you can grow quickly if you're self-directed.

Cons

Startup pace means processes and tooling are still maturing. If you prefer a highly structured environment, the ambiguity can be an adjustment.

Leadership is toxic. The actual good people get burnt out and end up leaving. They do outsourcing to India and they're HORRIBLE!
