I strongly recommend avoiding this company. The management environment is toxic, deadlines are constantly shifting, and there is a complete lack of organizational structure. The marketing may seem impressive, but it's largely paid and not reflective of the actual workplace experience. Employees are often blindsided by sudden layoffs with no warning, creating an atmosphere of instability. Leadership and sales teams frequently talk down to others, which contributes to a poor overall culture. Unfortunately, the work itself isn’t fulfilling either. Given that this is a healthcare company, it’s also disappointing that the healthcare benefits are subpar.
