Pros
I've been here at Medallion for almost a year now and my experience working here has been a roller coaster, but a challenging and rewarding one. Our department has been through a lot, but the people I work with is what made it. Everyone is extremely supportive, leadership is approachable, listens to concerns, and provides support where they can. There are also excellent opportunities for professional growth and skill development - they truly care and want to see you grow if you show the potential and drive! The recruitment process was smooth and quick (shout out to Julia) - transparent, thorough, and responsive.
Cons
Maybe some offsite meetings with the Operations would be nice (could be something to look into for the future) - Would love the opportunity to meet the people we work with in other departments!
