Pros
They do a lot of fun activities and they give a yearly bonus around Christmas time. Ability to work remote. Decent paid holidays Offers Kaiser insurance that is paid by employer (for employee only, to add family it will cost $)
Cons
Pay is not great considering everything is getting more expensive. Raise is barely 2% but they want you to work like you are getting paid well. Micromanaging and there is NO room for growth unless you know someone or suck up to management. Management will lie to your face and downplay your work experience. Only 40 hours of sick time a year and hours do not roll over. CEO holds a zoom meeting every year to 'talk about the business' and ends up talking about nothing and only thanks upper management for their "hard work"
