Pros

Good salary and great health benefits, many opportunities to transition from customer service, awesome management who really keep the atmosphere positive and who helps out a lot

Cons

the workload is unbearable during peak times (which is about half of the year) and turnover is very high among the agents because it gets extremely stressful - breaks are too short (when you can actually take them). Customers get very angry/insulting/yell... it is very hard The technologies are ANCIENT : we're talking about DOS interface and approximately 15 different applications that agents have to juggle while on the phone... it does not help, it slows down the processes and get everybody very frustrated!

Pros

You don't have to do much to stay employed, they have the lowest bar for competency I have ever seen.

Cons

Consultants rule the word there, no faith in employees, lack of leadership or vision....
