Some very good people working there

Cons

Some managers/execs seemed very unclear on the direction of the company. Got upset when asked for the roadmap (that they kept referencing). Pay wasn't great. Had to work lots of overtime to try to make up for team members that had been there forever but weren't pulling their weight.

You don't have to do much to stay employed, they have the lowest bar for competency I have ever seen.

Cons

Consultants rule the word there, no faith in employees, lack of leadership or vision....
