Pros
They offer benefits and weekends and holidays you get off. Staff and leads were a pleasure to work with and very friendly, great team energy. I have nothing but great things to say about them.
Cons
Pay is low considering the amount of skillsets and adaptability is needed to do well in the job. It’s not worth it. And it has all the other shortcomings that come along with customer service and call Center work.
