Medfusion is a company that cares about employees and clients alike. I am challenged every day to be my best because I work with people that are amazingly talented and passionate about what they do. When there is a problem, we solve it together...brainstorming and collaborating to do what is right and what is best. Leadership is willing to listen and learn and adjust, based on feedback received, which isn't something I've seen often in my career. The work is meaningful. The people are wonderful. The outlook is bright.

This company is going places! I have worked for the company for 4 years! I love how transparent the management team is! I mean really, how many companies do you know where you can walk into the CEO’s office and talk to them and leave feeling like they care and they truly listened? I’ve been able to do that recently! Also the innovative atmosphere we have and products we are releasing are game changers in healthcare IT! Not to mention we just took home the Beacon Award for Innovate Product at the NCTA tech Awards 2017! The culture and flexibility is amazing and we all work together as a team and we work hard! I recently left thinking the grass was greener on the other side... boy was I wrong! I am beyond excited to be back!

Cons

I would say if I had to say there was a Con it would be the company not matching 401K.
