Pros
-Millenial vibe office, video games, food, etc. -Some extremely talented and intelligent people. -Lots of room for growth IF YOU CHOOSE TO FOLLOW IT.
Cons
-Dead weight departments that can't be phased out due to tenure. -The corporate hand does get a bit tighter and tighter. -Some completely unqualified management who get paid waaaay too much for the little that they actually provide the company.
