Pros

Some of the nicest and hardest working employees that you will come across. Weekly catered lunch and office manager does a great job planning events.

Cons

What started out as a great working environment has quickly deteriorated to a toxic environment that encompasses favoritism and politics. Upper management will lie straight to your face and promotions are not based on merit or accomplishments. Hard work and results are not recognized if you aren't favored. They will use you for migration grunt work and dump you afterwards.

Pros

Many people have been here for 5+ years, speaks highly of the company. Everyone very friendly and willing to point you in the right direction. Great culture, and C-level execs have lunch with and chat with everyone else. Great comp and benefits, they really invest in their employees.

Cons

A lot of proprietary information that isn't well documented, but everyone is friendly and can help. Due to the nature of the business, there may be some late/after-hours emergencies. But in my time here this has been minimal.

-Lack of granular processes related to roll -At the time, clear organization of group, direct reports, etc -Unclear constructive feedback. What information is important? What info informs your day to day tasks? Which clients are most important? I never knew what my priorities were supposed to be
