We’ve had several new pivotal leaders join this year that have put an emphasis on being transparent and clear with our decision-making through regular companywide communications and open channels to encourage two-way dialogue among employees and leadership so that employees understand what we are doing and why we are doing it and can voice their opinions and concerns—even anonymously. We hope that continuous enhancements like this will help ensure that employees feel informed, engaged, and involved and understand our decisions and trajectory.
