Everyone I work with at Adroit at all levels, is incredibly smart, passionate about what they do, intellectually curious, and so supportive. I get to work on projects that challenge me every day, but I get the training and the tools to make sure I do my best in the role. The culture is great - there's a relaxed, fun, work hard/play hard mentality. And the onboarding educational process for new hires is by far the most comprehensive I've ever seen; it's a fantastic introduction to the company and the entire industry.
