      - Good progression - Excellent training programs - Flat Hierarchy - Friendly and lively culture - Excellent perks (food, massages, Health insurance, Travel Insurance) - Regular Social and team bonding events (Karaoke, Football Matches, Wine and Cheese nights)

      Cons

      - Not enough CSR - A lot of different processes for basic tasks

      Nice startup culture. It was a great experience overall with smart people. Pay was good.
