10yThank you for your review, and especially for highlighting a few of the positive aspects of our fun and hard working culture that you have enjoyed. That said, I disagree with your evaluation of our compensation. We’ve done extensive research, engaging the market leading compensation consultants and databases in the technology sector, and found that our cash compensation is ahead of the market as an average—not sure where you are comparing us to, but we also offer more robust equity participation than the majority technology companies, which, if included in compensation, puts us near the head of the pack. Finally, we’ve implemented a data-driven performance management system which will strengthen our meritocracy across the company – providing outsize rewards for those drive outsize positive business outcomes.
If you feel that you are not adequately compensated for your work or that your team is understaffed, you should feel free to bring it to the attention of your supervisor. Or, if you are uncomfortable doing that, you can email me or one of the HR Business Partners directly to help us find the best way to reward your contributions. We take this concern very seriously and would like to find a way to remedy it. –Peter
