Pros
DFM is a place of ideas and very talented employees at all levels. Every newsroom has people who are pushing to evolve quickly. Lots of great initiatives for getting newsroom employees excited about digital change, learning opportunities and experimentation at the national and cluster level.
Cons
Senior management has proven they aren't actually committed to evolving their properties to be "digital first", as they've scaled back every good idea they've put into the field to cut costs.Technology is also a huge problem, too much attachment to old systems, bad CMSes and not enough investment in IT, development or product staffing to keep up with ideas,
