Constantly had to attend sales meetings, training sessions, webinars, etc that I was always overwhelmed! Took so much time away from selling which I had to do being commission sales. We confused our customers with all that we had to offer, They thought of us as the community newspapers and never as a digital company. My 19 year old son made more than I did and I'm in my late 50's. We sold 6 papers, 25 supplements, 20 in paper specials, events and also expected to sell seo, sem, facebook, email, etc. Enuf!!! Not only did we have to sell the ads, do all the paperwork, write and design them, pick up payment for pitiful pay. The most work I have ever done for the least amount of pay.
