Pros
Management knows what they're doing and are extremely hard working. There are many negative reviews but my experience is completely opposite. If I could work there again I would. I left when the company offered buyouts. I was dealing with extreme PTS from my time in the war and my beat made it 100 times worse. My editor didn't know how to deal with someone like me so they agreed to the buyout. Since then I learned how to handle my disease and I'm a much better person because of it. My editors at SCNG treated me like family. Thats how they treat everyone at SCNG.
Cons
Pay is too low but livable and on some beats the hours take away from personal time but nobody ever said you'd get rich reporting the news.
