Pros
Work on road primarily on own. Worked with many talented people to assist in production of ads. Local territory was close to main office with ease of internet as well.
Cons
Management never very personable ...rarely interacted with staff. Priorities changed often with little or no explanation - ex. digital sales over print stressed then print goals go up despite deep discounts on print given by managers.
