Pros

Decent Pay, Always busy, tons to learn, great co-workers, great networking job, lax office environment (Chicago).

Cons

Sub Par Management. Little to no training. Over promise on everything imaginable. Product always breaks, there is no stability with the software. Clients are always pissed and that makes your job so much worse than it already is. Pressure and stress are unbearable 90% of the time. Management doesn't help unless you are in the same office. If you are a remote employee you will have a real tough time getting the help you need to succeed at this position.
