Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences here at Mediaocean. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our Development Bootcamp and on-boarding process. Both the Development, and Learning and Development teams strive to create a Bootcamp environment where you are challenged and mentored as you learn more about our products and engineering philosophies. The Bootcamp is a very rigorous 12 week program which is designed to partner you with a mentor to share knowledge and build a foundation for your time here. We do not share scores amongst our cohorts and assessments are only used to push yourself and measure your own progress as you learn and grow over the 12 week time period. Mentors are asked by management to provide thoughts and insight to their Mentees, as well as create a welcoming environment within the Development team.
