Pros
Work life balance is amazing, pretty much 9 to 5 on the dot minus your usual exceptions. Decent pay, nice employees, office in great location
Cons
This can either be seen as a pro or con, but a lot of the people who work there have been there for 10+ years. While it affords them a lot of knowledge about Mediaocean's software, it also makes them closed to new directions or even look at existing things differently. It's harder for a more junior person (in terms of tenure at the company) to get their footing or be heard because people will naturally defer to the person who has 15+ years at Mediaocean under their belt. They are also a very large player in the space which can dull innovation. Mediaocean's products are very robust and complex, which can be difficult to learn. Management doesn't do a great job in training new employees on the software, making the divide between rookies and vets even larger. No clear path for career growth in a company that seems very set in stone and just adding elements here and there to keep up with ad space making changes.
