The work is interesting. Learning the platforms is an ongoing process. There's a satisfying feeling from solving problems and also from gaining expertise that makes you a more valuable employee. If you work hard and care about the quality of what you do, it's recognized. I've felt that more here than at some past places of employment. It's a friendly environment, including peers up to senior management. The work-life balance is good. The company has handled working from home during the pandemic well.
Cons
For a company that offers great tech solutions to its clients, Mediaocean could do better with its own staff. A lot of companies in this industry would provide monitors, better laptops, and even office chairs, for a workforce that has been working from home for over a year.
