Pros
I worked at MO as the result of an acquisition and found it to be a really welcoming environment where you were encouraged to bring your thoughts and ideas to the table. I felt highly valued by my manager and I was free to voice any concerns and I didn’t worry that it would impact me negatively. I worked alongside some real professionals who I enjoyed collaborating with.
Cons
As a large organisation there were layers of approvals to go though, especially when the team wanted to communicate out to the whole business. I’d not worked in a large org before so this could be standard, but at my level and based in the UK I had no contact with the SLT and that was a bit of a shame.
