The staff work as a team and are willing to help and educate you. The nursing education department is knowledgable and helps advance your knowledge by offering certification programs.
Cons
Under staffed and over worked. Nurses don't have enough help and are always carrying six patients. Charge nurses sometimes carry a patient load of 4-5 patients.
