Toxic work environment - Registered Nurse Medical Center Health System Employee Review

Management is like a clan of high school mean girls, no advancing to speciality areas from med-surg. They will put RNs of 1 year to train a seasoned nurse in ICU/CCU, then allow the baby RN to train the seasoned RN as if they are also brand new. Instead of training on needed skills, they will insist on teaching basic skills. Most of the seasoned RNs have been run off, and the mentality is new grad nurses are cheaper, so they put them in critical care areas. Very unsafe.
