Pros

What I like about sales jobs is the more effort you put into it the more money you make. The good thing about Medical Guardian is that they give you the opportunity to put in the effort and make a good living. I have worked at other commission sales jobs before and this one tops them all. It is a good environment to work in. If you work hard you and use the tools Medical Guardian provides you with, you will be successful.

Cons

You're going to have to deal with denial. It's a sales job not every prospect is going to be nice and buy from you.

Pros

There used to be a lot. Then it changed.

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience was that the internal culture often overshadowed the mission. Success frequently felt dependent on changing priorities and leadership expectations rather than consistent performance. Goals and direction could shift quickly, making it difficult to know exactly how success would be measured over the long term. Constructive coaching often took a back seat to performance management, leaving employees feeling like they were reacting instead of growing. Collaboration between departments wasn’t always as strong as it needed to be, and communication from leadership could be inconsistent. Employees were expected to adapt quickly, but there wasn’t always the same level of transparency about why decisions were being made. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was that long-term contributions and institutional knowledge didn’t always seem to carry much weight. It sometimes felt like results were evaluated in short windows rather than considering the broader value employees had created over time.
