Pros

I loved the other recruiters but expect 90% of the people you start with to leave.

Cons

-Lied on what compensation would look like -Lied about office location (changed from an amazing office on the beach to an open concept, outdated office space in the middle of Jacksonville) -Worst Micromanaging I have ever experienced. -Extreme favoritism and bias from management. Expectations were different for everyone. If they didn’t favor you, they would find a reason to fire you. -No value for employees, treated us like robots and had no regard for wasting our time or energy. -Consequences for things out of your control. I have a handful of job experience and nothing will top how horrible of a company Medical Solutions is. This place traumatized me. I absolutely loved this place when I began early 2025. A few months in, they changed location and upper management which led to a domino effect of everything going from great to miserable and toxic. This job corrupted my mental health. I believe 90% of the people I started with quit or were fired for bizarre reasons. If you want to waste your time then go for it.

Pros

You get a laptop and mouse

Cons

Leadership below the VP level gets in the way of that development. Management leans heavily on rigid, arbitrary metrics — for example, a call-quota formula (100+ calls/day) that doesn't hold up and is flawed when you actually look at how it's calculated. There's heavy oversight of clock-in/out times, lunch breaks, and even restroom time, which creates a culture of surveillance rather than trust. We are adults, no need for micromanaging. Direct Management doesn't separate emotional reactions from business outcomes — when numbers are down, that frustration is visible and passed onto the team rather than handled constructively. When leadership does phone demonstrations to "show how it's done," the execution often doesn't match the standard being enforced, which undermines credibility with the team. There's limited career growth here, financially or in terms of advancement, especially at the SDR/BDR level.
