Pros
They offer flexible paid time off and the ability to work from home. They will sometimes offer incentives with an increased workload.
Cons
They make too many changes without proper communication. The pay is not competitive and they are not proactive in hiring. Decisions made do not have the employees best interest in mind, and they do not offer effective resources. There is little to no development, they do not empower employees but rather leave the majority of responsibilities to high level management.
