The pay is low compared to Omaha and National averages. Other tasks as assigned is used to force you to do the jobs of other departments, ie training, supervisors, quality. Supervisors will take your ideas and pass them off as your own or give them to others to claim credit. More focus on being friendly with everyone than actually hiring people that can do the job. Supervisors are too afraid to hurt peoples feelings by telling them about errors made. IT takes two weeks to one month to get back to you when needing help. Company is NOT loyal to employees that have been loyal to them. They promote their friends who have worked there a month over others that have been working for years.
