Pros

Flexible Schedule (but you will be on call all the time) Great coworkers Amazing Benefits

Cons

Your soul will be sucked from your body You will be on call/ expected to work 80 hours per week (some of that is the nature of recruitment, but the second you do not call a lead at 10 PM you lose your possibility of leads all together.) They recently had a meeting saying "we don't have time for culture. work harder." They're disorganized and with major turnover in leadership they can't even set proper expectations on how to keep your job. People with any talent are fleeing for the hills at a rapid rate. Even if you have a good manager, they cannot protect you from the HR higher ups that are cutting amazing employees without knowledge of what the job entails. They're lying to their employees about the status of senior members who have departed from the company. Unlimited PTO is a lie, if you are trying to take time off plan to be on an action plan the second you don't hit your numbers in one week. You will never go a day not feeling the axe swinging above your head of lay offs or being fired. While I do believe things may be better in another year or so, I wouldn't recommend working here to my worst enemy.

Pros

You get a laptop and mouse

Cons

Leadership below the VP level gets in the way of that development. Management leans heavily on rigid, arbitrary metrics — for example, a call-quota formula (100+ calls/day) that doesn't hold up and is flawed when you actually look at how it's calculated. There's heavy oversight of clock-in/out times, lunch breaks, and even restroom time, which creates a culture of surveillance rather than trust. We are adults, no need for micromanaging. Direct Management doesn't separate emotional reactions from business outcomes — when numbers are down, that frustration is visible and passed onto the team rather than handled constructively. When leadership does phone demonstrations to "show how it's done," the execution often doesn't match the standard being enforced, which undermines credibility with the team. There's limited career growth here, financially or in terms of advancement, especially at the SDR/BDR level.
