Pros
Medicus is a great company to work for because of the culture and the interactions with colleges on a day to day basis. I enjoy coming to work everyday because of the team I work on and the people I interact with. They have aided in my transition form being a recent grad to a professional in the work field.
Cons
I wish there were more options to accrue more PTO time for an employee after working at Medicus for a longer period of time.
