Medicus is a growth oriented company with a start-up feel and established foundation and business structure. The office has a high energy, team-oriented culture that promotes the development of each employee. Monthly office events keep the employees engaged and "in the know" about the business, industry, and team/individual successes. The employees care, the management cares, and when these two things come together, you have a thriving business with a team who rally to be the best.
Cons
As with any growth-focused organization, sometimes things move very, very quickly. There's a lot of "firsts" for Medicus as teams expand and new teams and positions are added. With that growth comes growing pains that eventually get worked out--all in all, these are positive, you just need to have a "go with the flow" mentality.
