Pros
Medicus is a Meritocracy and they really care about their employees and will go above and beyond to make sure there are new opportunities for growth regardless of tenure. We have a great culture, and you can feel it the minute you walk in the door. Medicus does a really great job of balancing hard work and having fun, this is truly a great environment to work in.
Cons
Medicus is a true sales environment and hard work is certainly rewarded but the first year is tough and not everyone is cut out for it. The industry is challenging and ever changing, you need to love a fast pace and you must be comfortable with high expectations.
