Pros
Very Fast Paced environment, meaning you are never bored and the days go by very quickly! The company recognizes the value of hard working employees. I will say that if you are willing to put the time in, then you will fit in perfectly with Medicus no matter what department Decent benefits and 401k offered Its a close knit environment with great people which makes coming into work every day better!
Cons
Pay could be better Isn't for people who do not want to put in 9-10 hour days when necessary Not many days off when you don't need to use PTO. (just the standard holidays)
