Cons
Not sure why you'd work here with all the other options in the local market. Just a terrible company with no work life balance and atrocious pay. They demand that you work through lunch and work 10+ hour days all without being compensated for the extra time even if there is nothing to work on. Everyone is fearful for their jobs there due to the high turnover. The managers tend to be reactionary and are quick to throw people under the bus to save face with the execs. Meritocracy is a great concept until you realize they stack the deck for certain individuals; who also happen to be the same people who rave about how awesome the company is. The numbers I was shown during my interview pertaining to the ramp up were not even close to accurate. All the money the company makes seems to go towards new expansions and the CEO's golden parachute. Once again, why work here?
