Pros
Fancy facilities. Listerine in all of the bathrooms, nice gym, a bunch of cafes. They train their new employees very well.
Cons
Owners, and management act like they care about you personally, and professionally, but they really don't. They pay their recruiters terribly, and make empty promises that you will be making really good money after a year or two. While there is potential to make good money, here it is completely dependent on luck, and outlasting everyone else. It could take 2 years it could take 5+. Commission structure is horrendous. They make so much money off of their recruiters, and pay them next to nothing. Not willing to give raises to even the most senior employees, will instead let them walk away. Like most big companies, they will dangle the carrot in front of your face to make you think that something great is right around the corner, but it never is. There is A LOT of favoritism, and clickiness, if you are an outsider then you find out about important information and details after those who are on the "inside". I could go on forever, but I feel that those are some of the most important cons that I would like to make you aware of before you accept a position at Medicus.
