Constant revolving door and zero loyalty to valuable employees. When managers/practice leaders decide they are bored with you for whatever unsubstantiated reason, you are quickly and harshly shown the door. This used to be a good company to work but it became all about explosive growth and a churn and burn mentality. Don't buy their "work hard, play hard" mantra. Or "Meritocracy" and all the fun culture descriptors. You can work your tail off here and it just won't be recognized or rewarded. If you pride yourself on integrity and ethical business practices, this is NOT the company for you.
