As you mentioned, we have such a strong culture, we invest in developing our employees, and our access to and relationship with leaders (of all levels) is so uncommon in most organizations! In my time here, I have witnessed the ups and downs of volume, both in Physician Recruitment and in Business Development. You can have a great week, month, quarter and have it followed by a dip due a contract ending or seasonality – I suspect this is true in any sales organization.
