It was truly disheartening to read the description of your experience and impression of Medicus. It is in such contrast to the organization I know and the feedback we typically received based on the culture we have worked so hard to create. While sales/recruiting is certainly not without its challenges, we pride ourselves in having the right support structure in place to help new employees get up to speed in their roles and achieve success. From the management team, to learning and development, to the human resources team, we value and know the importance of taking care of our employees. Our doors are always open and we encourage employees to share their challenges with us so that we can do whatever is needed to help overcome obstacles they may be facing.
