Very difficult work environment - Recruiter Medicus Healthcare Solutions Employee Review

I am sorry to hear that your experience with Medicus was not what we would hope and aim for it to be. We just celebrated our 16th birthday and having a fun and inclusive culture is something that we have focused on since day 1. We try to offer and support a variety of programming and activities for our employees to be involved in; including several committees and clubs for people with like interests (Book Club, Run Club, Tech Committee, Green Club, and social events just to name a few). In addition, our teams have worked hard to foster an environment where our people are rewarded for their hard work by celebrating the wins along the way. I have shared your feedback regarding our company meetings where we introduce our newest employees. Please know that the information shared about each employee is provided by the new hire themselves. As it relates to our training program - all of our new hires complete our week long MedSchool training program which teaches about the industry and how Medicus works as a company. Those who are in our sales and recruiting roles also go through an additional series of training programs to ensure they are set up for success in their specific role.
