CEO is great The people are fun The culture is good at times They are pretty flexible with shift schedule

Low Pay for people who aren't in Sales. RECs and BDEs are the only people making a substantial living apart from higher ups. The salary is not enough for a single person to live off of and the bonuses are practically nothing. The sell you on the earning potential at the company, but you bust your butt and still don't get enough
