Perform or die mentality. You're lucky to be employed by the glorious Medicus and you had better prove every single day that you're worthy of that. This job wants to be more important than your friends and family. You'll spend your days harassing doctors and trying to meet insane volume goals. This hospital has been using every recruiting company for the last 6 months and no one will go? Well, you have a month to find someone. Strongly encourage to work from home, work late, work the weekends... No one will encourage you to fill out an overtime approval form. Turnover is absurdely high, churn and burn baby! Hire those young kids out of college that live with their parents so we don't have to pay them much.
