Pros
Meaningful work - the impact my team has made during Covid-19 is truly inspiring. Transparent leadership team - our CEO does a monthly business update during our monthly cocktail hour. The Company has done a great job maintaining our culture despite having to think outside the box due to Covid. Training program is like no other - there is a ton of support from the Training team. FUN!!! Medicus truly has some of the best people working at this Company.
Cons
We are in a transition people with some people choosing to go to the office and some people working from home. I miss when everyone was in the office together! (Although I do appreciate having the option of working from home too.)
