Pros
A lot of benefits disappeared with COVID and the change of CEO. Went from a "second family" type atmosphere to a traditional "this is a corp. And you're just a number." The switch happened FAST.
Cons
If a manager dislikes you they will treat you terribly until you quit. My manager taught me this strategy when I was training for management myself. After 5.5 years of total dedication I was fired because my manager did not like that my dedication changed after having a baby. Ultimately, great opportunity for overtime and big money but no family life allowed, but this is manager specific. Same company could be amazing under some, and terrible under others.
